Every chamber is engineered for safety, precision, and durability . From benchtop units to multi-story walk-in facilities. We design chambers that simulate extreme conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure, corrosion and more) to replicate real-world stresses on materials and products. All designs undergo thorough validation, and our processes align with ISO 17025 laboratory quality principles to ensure accurate and impartial results.

History & Milestones
Over the decades, NVIRO Solutions (Hastest Solutions Inc.) has reached several key milestones that reflect our growth and innovation:
2002 – Foundation: Hastest Solutions was founded in San Jose, CA, marking the start of a transformative journey in environmental and industrial testing. What began as a small Silicon Valley venture has grown into an industry-leading test chamber business.
2006 – NViro Solutions Launch: The “NVIRO Solutions” trademark was established, creating a dedicated manufacturing division for custom environmental chambers and expanding our product offerings (a milestone later publicly announced in 2014).
2012 – Three-Story Wind Tunnel Chamber: We designed, assembled, and installed a three-story environmental wind turbine test chamber at the University of Maine’s Offshore Wind Laboratory. This large-scale project – the first of its kind – allowed simultaneous mechanical fatigue and climate testing of wind turbine components, demonstrating our engineering prowess in advanced test systems.
2013 – Industry Recognition: Hastest Solutions was selected as a Top 25 Minority-Owned Business in Silicon Valley, an honor presented at California Small Business Day for our contributions to innovation and local industry. This recognition highlighted our commitment to excellence and diversity in engineering.
2019 – Global Expansion: NVIRO Solutions constructed its largest-ever dual dust and sand test chamber for a TÜV customer facility in Dubai. This project not only delivered a world-class sand & dust testing capability to the Middle East but also underscored our growing worldwide manufacturing presence and global customer base.
2022 – EV Test Chamber Innovation: We developed and installed a drive-in electric vehicle test chamber, enabling automotive clients to perform full-vehicle environmental stress tests. This milestone reflects our proactive response to the rising demand for EV battery and system reliability testing.
2023 – Data Center Testing: NVIRO Solutions built a custom walk-in server test chamber for a leading data center technology company. This specialized chamber provides controlled temperature and humidity conditions for server hardware testing, ensuring performance and reliability of IT infrastructure under worst-case environmental scenarios.
Throughout our history, NVIRO Solutions has continually expanded its capabilities to meet emerging testing needs. In parallel with launching the NVIRO product line, we scaled up our U.S. manufacturing facility to increase production capacity and create new engineering jobs.
