  • HAST Chambers (Highly Accelerated Stress Test)
    Specialized chambers for accelerated humidity and pressure testing, ideal for rapidly aging electronic components under highly accelerated stress conditions (up to 105°C, 85% RH, 3–4 atm pressure). HAST chambers help reveal latent defects in semiconductor devices and circuit boards much faster than traditional methods.

  • Thermal Shock Chambers
    Two-zone or three-zone chambers that cycle products between extreme hot and cold temperatures in seconds. These chambers expose materials to rapid temperature changes, identifying failures due to thermal expansion, contraction, and stress. Thermal shock chambers are crucial for industries like aerospace and automotive to ensure parts survive sudden temperature swings.

  • Temperature & Humidity Chambers
    Precision climate chambers for controlling temperature and humidity over a wide range. These temperature humidity chambers maintain steady-state or cycling conditions (e.g. -70°C to +180°C, 10% to 98% RH) to test product performance in various climatic environments. They are used for electronics burn-in, stability testing of materials, and more.

  • Salt Fog & Corrosion Test Chambers
    Equipment for simulating corrosive environments (salt spray/fog, cyclic corrosion) according to standards like ASTM B117. Our salt fog testing equipment creates a fine mist of salt solution to evaluate coating durability and corrosion resistance of metals, paints, and finishes. These chambers help predict how products will withstand marine or coastal conditions.

  • Walk-In & Drive-In Chambers, Walk-in chambers and drive-in chambers
    For testing large products, assemblies, or even vehicles. We build room-size chambers that a person (or vehicle) can enter, with custom dimensions and features. These large-scale solutions are used for automotive testing (even full cars), aerospace components, battery packs, and other big installations. They often integrate multiple stressors (temperature, humidity, vibration, etc.) in one environment.

For example, a HAST test might run at 110°C, 85% relative humidity, and 2 atmospheres of pressure to induce failure mechanisms in ICs, circuit boards, or other components much faster than normal life testing. HAST is often used as an alternative to traditional longer-duration humidity or soak tests, especially in the semiconductor and electronics industry, to ensure product reliability under harsh conditions.
